WEBSITE MAINTENANCE TERMINATION AND COPYRIGHT ACKNOWLEDGMENT AGREEMENT
This Agreement ("Agreement") is made between DASOMWEB (hereinafter referred to as the "Developer") and the undersigned party (hereinafter referred to as the "Client") concerning the termination of website maintenance services and acknowledgment of copyright related to the specified website.
1. Termination of Maintenance Services
1.1. The Client has requested the termination of maintenance services for their website. Following the effective date of termination, the Developer will cease all maintenance and support activities related to the website.
1.2. The Client acknowledges that upon termination of maintenance services, the Developer will not be responsible for any issues, updates, or changes needed on the website.
2. Use of the Website
2.1. The Client may use the website for their business activities, including advertising and marketing of their services and products, which are related to their specific commercial purposes.
2.2. The Client may not lease, sell, resell, or distribute the website to third parties, nor reuse any part or the entire website for other websites or projects.
3. Client Responsibilities Post-Termination
3.1. Post-termination, the Client is solely responsible for the management, operation, and maintenance of the website.
3.2. The Client shall not hold the Developer liable for any issues, security breaches, or damages incurred following the termination of maintenance services.
4. Copyright and Protection
4.1. All copyrights to the website's code, design, images, videos, graphics, and other elements belong to the Developer, who is responsible for their protection.
4.2. The Client may use the content and features included on the website solely for the purposes related to their specific business activities.
5. Confidentiality
5.1. The Developer and the Client agree to treat all information and data related to this project as confidential.
5.2. The Developer and the Client agree not to disclose or distribute project-related information to third parties.
6. Agreement to Terms
6.1. By signing this Agreement, the Client acknowledges and agrees to all the terms outlined herein, including the termination of maintenance services and the acknowledgment of copyright ownership by the Developer.
7. Dispute Resolution
7.1. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through amicable negotiation between both parties. If resolution cannot be achieved, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Forsyth County, GA, United States.
